Care After Prison (CAP) – Privacy Statement
Care After Prison (CAP) is a peer led charity organisation which provides information, referral and support services to people who have been affected by imprisonment. In particular, this service offers ex-offenders a safe environment where they identify areas of need within their lives where support is needed to continue with their goal of leading crime free lives.
CAP, its trustees, management and staff are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 (as amended), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
